Do you ever feel like you're giving way more than you're getting back? I did for years. I felt like I was always such a giving person but ended up getting walked all over.  I was exhausted and constantly felt like no one valued me in relationships, my career, or my family. I never felt like I was good enough and I was constantly trying to live up to everyone else's expectations. For years I felt like a failure because I could never seem to get where I wanted to go and I would constantly undervalue myself and my worth. But then I started realizing I didn't have to live like that. I could stand up for myself and take back my power. I could show the world and others what I was worth and if others didn't approve or like it that was their problem. This is what inspired me to create my program to help others to learn to set healthy boundaries, stand up for themselves, and value their own worth.

These are the things we are not taught how to naturally do. If you're struggling with figuring out how to do all of this, that's where I come in. I'll take you through the step by step process of what my program entails. 

Step 1: Uncovering the blocks


  • Your Story 
     This is where we get to know each other. I find out  what you're struggling with, and what your long and short term goals are. We break down these goals into manageable weekly goals and you will email me mid week to make sure you are on track.  

  • Quanta freedom healing
     This is a healing technique that I use in my program to help you with codependency. It helps uncover the wounds that cause you to seek love and approval outside of yourself instead of going inward.

  • EFT Tapping
    This is a technique that uses the acupressure meridians of the body combined with phrases that help calm down your brain. It can help you clear the fearful thoughts so you can focus on creating new patterns. 

  • Tools and Research 
    I give you the tools to do research on your own each week. I have you watch youtube videos, read articles, practice the tapping or meditations. This is where the true work comes in. You will begin to see a shift happen if you start to do the work. 

Step 2: Setting Boundaries

  • Learning Boundaries 
     I will help you learn where your boundaries are, learn to be more assertive, and learn what is the difference between someone needing your help and someone who is not willing to do something they are capable of. 

  • Practicing boundaries 
    Now that you learned where your boundaries are we will begin to practice it in daily life. I will give you exercises in practicing setting boundaries with friends, family, and romantic relationships. 

  • Challenges you face  
    It isn't an easy step to make for everyone. Sometimes when we set boundaries others in our lives aren't happy with it. The thing to remember is that we don't have to make everyone happy with us to still be a nice person.  If they are a healthy person in your life they will respect your boundaries and if they don't we may have to realize that we don't have to please them. 

Step 3: Recognizing the Red Flags​

  •  Signs of a healthy relationship
    I help you notice the signs of someone who is unhealthy or toxic. Knowing what your boundaries are is key in recognizing if this person is or isn’t respecting them and how to know when they are.

  •  past red flags
    I help you recognize the past red flags you may have ignored and how to spot toxic people who may have tried to manipulate or take advantage of your energy in the past. 

  •  Energy vampires 
    I help you learn  the specific traits to look out for and how these emotionally manipulative people may have preyed upon your kindness in order to rope you in. How codependency plays a part in attracting this person.  If you are a sensitive, kind person you may be attracting these type of people like a moth to a flame. I teach you how to shield yourself and protect your energy.
